The winery, founded in 1970 by Dina and Paolo and located in the Cialla valley, a small treasure chest surrounded by forests and suspended between the Adriatic Sea and the Julian Alps, has played a leading role in the rebirth of Schioppettino di Prepotto, which has always been the outstanding local wine. The estate has grown since then, and now has about 3,500 vines, which are also managed by Pierpaolo and Ivan, the founders’ sons, who have led the winery to stand out for its respect for and protection of biodiversity.
